you're likely to have the ability to earn a higher salary coming out. Or, maybe you will be able to do residency somewhere more prestigious which will lead to better salary. Dentists and doctors and lawyers make a helluva a lot of money no matter where they work, compared to most people, so the high tuitions are much more easily repaid.
