oh yeah, we did that once. Anything "gymnastic" is pretty challenging for me. I'm just now getting the hang of kip swings

Took me almost a year just to be able to do a single pull up. I'm still only doing a few at a time. Our class work doesn't lend itself

If your schedule allows as well as work out space, I'd recommend a few minutes after class to focus on pull ups

Thanks. Counter-intuitive but totally makes sense especially as I learned how much pull ups were back muscles and not arms. I'll see about giving

The 30" orientation of the standard cross fit box is just flat out wrong. 20" x 24" x 30"....that shouldn't be set up on the small surface
