oh yeah, we did that once. Anything "gymnastic" is pretty challenging for me. I'm just now getting the hang of kip swings

but I've started to push back on running and burpees. They both are just too impact for my body. I do bike and slam balls currently as alternatives. Something about the up/down motion for burpees does not jive with my body at all
