Took me almost a year just to be able to do a single pull up. I'm still only doing a few at a time. Our class work doesn't lend itself

to incremental improvements in specific activities quickly. I do miss having that kind of individual goal but the wider range of activities is good and they do nice touchpoints at the new gym with repeated activities across the year as benchmarks
