Mebbe I'm an optimist but I really do think that drug doping is in the past at the highest levels of cycling.....

Pessimistically....cause why else would there be a rise in the suspicions of mechanically cheating

That's the pre-Tour favorite wiping out and the current leader waiting for him (youtu.be)
