My last bed I got mailorder. I had to assemble the headboard and part of it did not fit togther right. They mailed additonal hardware, but it did

...not help. They said I could return it (at my cost and annoyance) and they would replace. I didn't. I wished I did for the few years I had it and it helped me decide to replace it well before it was needed.
