any of the extra services enough to see the return on investment and she said "well then honey why are you even joining?" this was *after* she had chided me for borrowing others' cards to shop previously. "that's not allowed." "I know, that's why I'm joining now." "you never should have done that." "I know; that's why I'm joining now."

it was so offputting.
