The recommendation I see is run 20-80% unless you need the 80-100% to start a trip. I charge mine to 80% each night. EDIT: -- (edited)

The first 20% and last 20% are the slowest charging rates for the batteries so you should find the stops shorter if you do the 20/80.
EDIT: I have yet to use a level 3 public charger. The best I have nearby are the level 2s similar to the Grizzl-E
