LYC: Weird Monday, continues. One of our HOAs has a street light out. I have reported it to the power company via phone a couple times.

They say it is fixed, it is not. They always mention I can report them online. Today, I decided to. As I pull up the map I see there are light icons and you click the one that is out. Pretty simple, really. Except the one that is out... there is no light icon for. The other 14, yes. Best part was that you can see the shadow of the pole in the google maps photo.
Now I know why their worker couldn't find it, I guess. Called them, got it sorted. But come on Monday, how about something simple?
