Yeah man - and I can tell you for sure that these houses are not in a flood plain - so flood insurance is not required by lenders.

We didn't have it - we'd have been so screwed right now. I hope the dude that bought our place got it. But I'd be willing to bet he didn't. And that's a damn shame
