Aluminum? Sure.
Sail? I don't see a mast. Prove it.
Boat? I'm not so sure it would keep the water out, which is an important part of boat.
Has a motor? I suspect it has a lump of metal in the shape of a motor, but that doesn't mean it has a motor.
