I'm not sure of an easy way to check that without opening "web developer tools", going to the "network" tab, and loading the page again.
Responses:
nope. but per a client who was trying to access the site, and who called the Feds, this is a federal site problem.

also check the 'Application' tab to see if the site is creating a cache or other storage item that may have been corrupted -- nm*
