I only really had the earthquake issue when growing up. Not even tornadoes. Just earthquake / tsunami.

So, yes, this accelerated climate collapse that is going to begin triggering the collapse of nations in the next few years is kind of a big deal.
(Arguably it has already started triggering such collapses, just in a behind-the-scenes way.)
Pandemics. Climate collapse. Global food/crop collapse. Economic collapse. Fascist Conservatism. Wars of Nostalgia (already here). Wars of Desperation (coming soon). New ozone collapse. Ocean acidification & dead zones. Plastic and heavy metals in the food chain. Unsurvivable heatwaves. Turbo hurricanes. AND on top of all that, earthquakes, volcanos, nuclear weapons, and Ezra Miller.
It's really really easy to catastrophize right now.
