- Do you drink soda or other sweetened drinks? Cutting those out would really help in losing weight. I saw my most dramatic loss when I stopped drinking - Krusty Aug 4, 07:12 4

    - I lost weight and drink diet soda. I found it wasn't the issue. For me it was carbs (bread, sugar in other foods, etc.) - oblique Aug 4, 07:29 2

        Same here with the lack of cooking and getting delivery which is almost always very unhealthy food like a cheeseburger and fries. It's not easy - Krusty Aug 4, 07:51
