Thanks. It's definitely a process. Being older is making it a little more difficult than last time. I lost about 6 lbs so far.

But seem a little stuck the last week. But at least I'm not gaining.

Do you drink soda or other sweetened drinks? Cutting those out would really help in losing weight. I saw my most dramatic loss when I stopped drinking - Krusty Aug 4, 07:12 4
- I will have a diet soda at night. During the day I just drink water. When I switched to diet years ago it did help a lot. - sycor Aug 4, 07:15 3
