I usually don't eat too late anymore. And I'm working on my carbs. The last couple years was just a ton of pizza and fast food. Once I get back fully

eating like I used to, I'm sure that will help. I just have to re-discipline myself. It doesn't help that my GF is an enabler though. LOL

Me: Hey I don't feel like cooking.
GF: me either, lets get take out.

Happens way more than it should.
