So, fun story. We stayed at the Athletic Association (Hyatt) downtown Friday night using one of our free certs. As you may recall, they didn't have

any upgrades. Went to the front desk to check in to get our room keys and the person said she had an upgraded room for us. Cool! 14th floor so I knew it wasn't the suite we had before but sure, will be nice. Get up there and there is a Do Not Disturb on the door but figured it might have been left there accidentally so I used the key and opened the door

Immediately heard music coming from the room (which did look it a nice upgraded suite) and then we called out and a random (rather attractive) woman came around and it was obviously her room. We backed out, said we would take care of it with the front desk. Told the front desk "Yeah, the room you upgraded us to was 100% occupied" and she was very apologetic. The manager next to her gave us 2 free drinks ($16 ea.) from the bar and then they put us in what she said was "an even nicer room"

5th floor (this is where the suite we were in last time was) but not the same junior suite. Pretty normal sized room but with a view of millennium park. No problem, we were happy and had a funny story now.

TL;DR: Hyatt tried to arrange a threesome (or more) for my 27th wedding anniversary but instead we took the room with a view and had our own celebration (alone)
