SITV: have you guys discussed annual vs monthly subscriptions and their impact on subscribers?

Annual: notice it once and take the hit. Easier to bury increases as who remembers what they paid last year, less likely to dump service
Monthly: Increases show up earlier and piss people off much more driving up people dumping a service.
Responses:
There's sure to be a generational split. Yearly has "MOM AND DAD BUY THIS ONE" written all over it. Gen Z not even sure what the world will be like in

Also think people are more likely to cancel a monthly due to ease of ongoing reminder. -- nm
