Yeah, that "test" was done by a lidar company and they straight up lie about what happened.

The Tesla was not in AP/FSD and the driver ignored warnings that the car couldn't stop and they needed to take over AND they had their foot on the accelerator and blurred out the notification on the screen saying as much.
The car *always* defers to driver input. Always.
