Depends on your setup. Unless you have dedicated storage it's impossible to say what "your" energy is

But energy is all fungible so if you're producing and selling back to the grid you're contributing to the overall green ness of the system.
It would be difficult to charge via solar on demand, both because of timing and for size. A perfect day of solar for me would be about 60% of a full charge. Ideally you're charging at night anyway.
