Yes sure. I live .8 miles from the gates so you'd think I'd be location-impaired from a pricing standpoint

but we have luxury student housing going up two miles past the core demanding $800/bed/month.
It's insanity. My house is non luxury but had three free parking spaces so would be able to command premium rent.
Who can afford to rent here?
