All of that is scheduled through the app.
Nothing I need can't be handle by mobile service.
There are definitely issues with service backlogs (mostly body work issues), but I've found Tesla service to be phenomenal. Way easier than dealing with a dealership.
A friend scheduled service on her Jeep six weeks out and they didn't even look at the car the day she dropped it off.
