I'm gonna say labor costs, remember Alabama and florida got angry that S. americans were taking their jobs? also donald shut down state dept offices..

that processed migrant labor visas, so for the last 3 or 4 years the only ones that could come to work were the ones that already had visas.
so that labor supply is less than half what it was, with a 20% reduction in workers every year (lots of fvck this, I'm gonna get a better job not in the sun all day for pennies.)
