1) I 100% believe he was miming, not actually touching as some accused him of doing. Even if you didn't know his personality, the photo was pretty clear.
2) Service members do a lot worse shit to haze each other than that. (that said, they do it to themselves and maybe an elected official doing it to service member isn't the best look)
3) The self-appointed champions of the military among elected officials have done a lot worse to disrespect the military than that.
