One of the performers last night was an Elvis impersonator whose act was being offered as part of an auction package. When I looked around it was

the folk of my generation feeling the rhythm, the younger crowd didn't seem to care - even though a lot of them were cast members of the theater.

The package - a private dinner for 30, catered by the local Mexican restaurant, and the performer - went for $1,700.
