Kamala Khan and her family are so wonderful, but the series is almost completely sunk by bad guys whose actions either (a) are poorly explained at best or (b) are contrary to their stated motivations.
Example: "Use nonlethal only" *immediately starts firing energy weapons which blow holes in the wall*
