After an embarrassing amount of deliberation, I have chosen my Below Deck crew for Operation Super Yacht Heist

The basic rule was that they had to have had the role at some point on Below Deck. For people who had more than one role, they could be chosen for any of them.

This is not necessarily the best crew or the crew I would most want on a regular cruise. The criteria used from most important to least important were:

1) Willingness to go along with a yacht heist and then stay loyal
2) Competence at their job
3) Someone I would enjoy spending time on a boat with

Captain: Glenn
Bosun: Ashton
Deckhand: James
Deckhand: Jake
Deckhand: Travis
Chief Stew: Aesha
Stew: Madison
Stew: Dani
Chef: Rachel
