Completely agree. And the "manager" chair was more a joke. When I bought this chair it was probably $200-ish.

Of course it's probably 7 years old and until COVID was only used occasionally. Now that I'm working from home using it a lot more, it's starting to not be as comfortable. Need more butt padding.
