Even if irrefutable evidence that the election results were wrong was discovered today, there's no Constitutional mechanism for this, right?

Constitutionally, once the Electoral College votes are cast and certified, it's a done deal, right? I'm not aware of any mechanism for take backs or oopsies. This is one reason to have two months between the election and the electoral college certification. Even in modern times it gives time to work out any legal issues, etc. around the votes.
Even if it turned out that Biden had involvement in election fraud, the only option would be Impeachment. Then you would just go down the line of succession until you got to the first person who wasn't involved.
