Yeah, it's rather ridiculous. Also, NY is/was very strict with gun control laws and regulations. The feds just recently forced us to change that.

The whipped cream thing was because one state senator was being told that kids were using it to get high. I guess he missed the part where you can go on Amazon or go to just about any bodega in the city and buy both the nitrous oxide cartridges and the canister for using them. It's such an idiotic law that I can't believe actually got passed.
