This makes no sense. For president EC is mostly statewide so redistricting and ranked choice makes no difference. The House isn't winner take all. -- nm

True. AZ, GA, NC, WI would have gone to ranked choice in 2020 (more likely to help Trump). Voters would be more likely to vote 3rd party with ranked
