I agree, but in court I think they pick one and go with it. It's the OJ strategy.

The evidence is there and you know he did it, but you try to establish doubt by discrediting the law enforcement process. It's *possible* a cop planted evidence against OJ because the cop is racist. You make the argument that the FBI planted them as a political attack.
It's garbage, of course, but it's the only one that you can even remotely try to make a case for to establish doubt.
