Other than what every other President (in my lifetime at least) has done in a speech or press conference from the White House, I mean.

Or maybe this would help: What should Pres. Biden have done instead?

The Twitter takes seem to be comments like yours on one end of the spectrum and comments like this at the other end of the spectrum: "Biden declared war on fascism and Republicans took it as a personal attack."

I'm assuming that, like most things in politics, the truth of what happened is somewhere in the middle?
