So fair it's still just the Business Insider story, but since it's paywalled, I'm glad others are starting to reprint it.

No one else has done any real investigating and all of this is just because of Jennette McCurdy's book. If she didn't speak out, no one would be talking about something terrible that happened and some would rather sweep under the rug.
