i've done biscuits with yogurt before.. the texture is really off-putting, kind of gummy. LMK if you try this one.

i'm sure you do what i do... cut in the butter, roll it out, cut into quarters, flour, stack, do it again.. you build your layers. butter on the pan happens when you don't cut your butter small enough.. you end up with a greasy mess.

i really don't get this recipe.. it's all the things i've tried and found are kind of gross.
