the 3 most watched show ever in the province, around 4 millions viewers. That's half the province, though I always question the veracity of those numbers).
We get nominated for pretty much all categories, including Video Editing. But we always lose that one against the show that airs before us, which is also a recap of the year but more like Newsy: interviews and reporting on the ground done all through the year.
It's not like they don't deserve it, but at some point it does feel like people vote for something "Just because". Honestly, now that I know the process behind those awards, it's hard to care all that much. That's why Softball is actually more important than Awards now :P
