My main concern is that it would probably have streaks and not be usable for windows ... but maybe a special window printer exists

The windows are basically 2-dimensional, so barring metamaterial advances there's no need for real 3D printing.
(Metamaterial like bullet resistance at the molecular level, or technological advances, like translucent photovoltaics embedded in the glass)
