(older males) When we picked a pediatrician for Logan we had the choice of the named doctor or his younger protege. We went younger.

He was *awesome*. While at the hospital we heard nurses talking about cases he caught that most had missed. He was great.
Then he later moved away to set up his own practice in a bigger city, so we switched to the elder. Liked him, but yeah, big difference.
