I love hop-on/hop-off buses to get a quick overview of a city before digging in deeper on my own. And I've heard some folks suggest Top of the Rock

because you can see ESB and the other building from Top of the Rock (I've only ever done ESB, decades ago, never done Top of the Rock)

someone told us Top of the Rock was better than ESB for a view who had done both. (we are staunch Hop on Bus Tour advocates :) )
