Here's my early draft:

Lawful Good: Benton Fraser or Bajirao Singham (aka "how cops see themselves")
Lawful Neutral: Gil Grissom
Lawful Evil: Alonzo Harris
Neutral Good: Olivia Benson
True Neutral: Judge Dredd
Neutral Evil: Superman on The Rookie
Chaotic Good: Sipowicz
Chaotic Neutral: Fusco
Chaotic Evil: fuckin Vic Mackey jesus christ
