condo: 5 members, 2+2+1 election cycle for 3yr terms. The professional board I was on had 20 members and about half rotated 2yr terms. -- (edited)

Unlimited reelection with no limits on terms served.
At my condo we previously used non-board committees like the Finance Committee as a way to get some experience for future candidates.
