with people trapped in a house there. The guy talking to them actually lived in a house on the street that got completely submerged and he swam over to this other house (where people were also home) that was built higher and had a second floor but the water was coming in the second floor and they were figuring out how they might get to the roof. But the storm was also still going on.

Terrifying. I pray they are okay. They were undoubtedly under evacuation order and simply didn't think it would get bad. But ugh.
