I've only spent any time in Florida once, but the one place I remember fondly was Sanibel :(

We stayed at a waterfront motel and played in the warm gulf water. They had a boiler to clean your shellfish in the courtyard.

In all my times there I've never been to Sanibel. May have been to Marco once when I was in high school, can't recall. -- nm

We were on Marco Island last year. Stayed on Sanibel twice and also Bonita Beach. We love the area. Very sad. -- nm
