I just accidentally busted a thief working for Dell.

They were supposed to send me a $100 gift card credit for messing up my free Disney Bundle package.

I never got it and let them know.

The dude called me to help. While we were talking, he asked about my "alternative email address." That's where the gift card went. He then realized a LOT of customer service make-good gift cards have gone to that address.

Somebody in trouble!
