The runoff will be tight, and the Congress is very Bozo-heavy. At least 3 senators that were sure things for Lula turned.
Another way to put it is, if he wants to rule, he will have to turn to the mercenaries from the Centrão (the amorphous block that makes up about half of Congress.)
And we will likely get a Bozo governor here in SP. He was not the worst minister that Bozo had, but still.
In 2018 it was not a surprise, even if it was a tad worse than expected. This first round is MUCH worse than expected and in many ways a seal of approval to his guys.
