poll #manda: How do you tend to define an actor's signature role?

My thought is it can be any of at least three or four types:
- The first time the actor/actress broke through and audiences had a crush or wanted to be them
- The actor's most identifiable mannerisms
- The actor's highest quality work (or maybe most enjoyable)
- The role where the actor put their stamp on a character that other actors would just coast in.
