Though is there a chance that some of those were plays called as passes and then Fields never threw the ball?

I mean from an old school box score viewpoint, if a pass was called and Fields ends up holding the ball for 0.5 seconds and going for a 1 yard 'run', isn't that going to be recorded as a run?
