I was at a friend’s place when this happened once. Guy left. He called a tow truck, they asked “is it a hazard?” “No” We’re not coming.”

He’s a car guy, and has all the gear, so we jacked it up, put it on little wheels and moved it into the middle of the road, then sat on his porch and waited. Cops and a tow truck were there in 10 minutes.
“What do you two know about this?”
“It was the weirdest thing officer. He just parked his car there and walked off.”
They were not impressed.
