I've been watching old Spencer Tracy movies and wondering who could play him or reboot his movies.

By face and persona, he's a little bit Scott Caan and more Ryan Gosling.

I'm currently watching Tortilla Flat thinking Gosling is too young, yet Spencer Tracy is 42 in this and Gosling turns 42 next month. Spencer Tracy looked 10-15 years older than his actual age (and died at age 67, right after Guess Who's Coming to Dinner). Gosling looks five 5 years younger than his age.
