It would be pretty random to suddenly become allergic to your saliva. I would start writing down everything you eat and drink or put in/on your mouth.

Like Chapstick, mints, gum, etc.
And then try to change a few things at a time. Get a new toothpaste, change your toothbrush, change your water filter if you use one (Brita, etc). Also you mentioned the dry cleaning but are using a back up set, did the back up set touch the dry cleaned sheets/ comforter? If so, go ahead and wash them too because there could have been cross contamination.
Also, any new beauty products (chapstick, lotion, or even mouthwash) your family is using? Could be something that they are using and you are sensitive to and getting triggered by even a goodnight kiss.
